Program Notes & Requirements

Pre- and post-inspection required. At the post-installation verification, the customer is required to sign the post-installation customer acknowledgement section of the original application. Project must be completed within 12 months after approval. The program administrator will pay no more than the cost to Customer of purchasing and installing the equipment, the calculated incremental cost, the prescriptive rebate on the form, or the amount in the approval letter.
Building must be 20,000 square feet or less for New Construction Program. Products not on the prescriptive program may be eligible for the custom program. Contact Mass Save for eligibility.
